Scoring: A response of "YES" to one or more items within each number (or boxed section) result in one point to the score, For example, responding "YES" to item 1a or item 1b results in 1 point; a "YES" response to both 1a and 1b also results in 1 point. Similarly, a "YES" response to one or more of items 6a through 6f leads to 1 point, but you cannot get more then one point for the items labeled with number 6.

Score range from 0 to 9. Score of 5 or higher indicate possible Internet gaming disorder.
